How Many Times Do You Worry In A Day?
Worry is a total waste of time. Have you ever noticed how when you worry you can't feel any other feeling? Try to be grateful and worry, it won't work. BUT on the flip side, try to worry while you are GRATEFUL, it won't work either. The most interesting thing about worrying is that most of the things we worry about never come true. And here we are having spent countless hours, days or for some people even years that are wasted with needless concerns that never came to fruition.
Next time something is heavy on your heart try going out in nature and leaning against a tree or sitting in the grass. Then speak out loud what weighs on you and then say with gratitude "thank you for listening and taking that weight off my shoulders". Believe me it works MIRACLES!
